2. What you buy
You buy the ebook “Pacifier-Free in 3 Nights.” It includes the bedtime story “The Little Bear and His Pacifier” and six printable templates. All parts are PDF files to download. We don’t ship anything by mail.
The book offers ideas for parents. It doesn’t replace medical advice. For health questions, please talk to your pediatrician.
3. How the purchase works
The content of our website isn’t a binding offer yet. “Continue to checkout” opens the secure payment form by Stripe right on our page. There you check your details. Clicking “Pay” makes a binding offer. The purchase is complete once your payment succeeds. We then send you straight to your downloads.
Stripe may process payment and sale through its service Link. The checkout may then say “Sold through Link.” We provide the book and all files. These terms cover the content, delivery, use and our guarantee. Stripe’s and Link’s terms also apply to the payment itself.
The contract language is English. You can view and print these terms here at any time.
4. Price and payment
“Pacifier-Free in 3 Nights” costs a one-time $17.95. Sales tax may be added at checkout, depending on where you live. There are no shipping costs. You pay through Stripe with the payment methods offered there, for example by card. There is no subscription.
5. Delivery
After payment, you go straight to your download page. We also email you the link. If no email arrives, please check your spam folder or write to us.
6. What you may do with the files
You may use, save and print the files for yourself and your family. You may also give the templates to daycare, a nanny or grandparents who care for your child. You may not resell the book, share it publicly or offer it for download. All texts and images are protected by copyright.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
If the book doesn’t help your family, email us within 30 days of your purchase. You then get the full purchase price back. You don’t have to give a reason. You may keep the bedtime story anyway. Details are in our refund policy.
8. Customers in the EU
If you live in the European Union, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Our 30-day guarantee applies in addition. To use either, simply email us.
9. No guarantee of results
Every child is different. We can’t promise that the method works for every child or within a certain time.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, we are liable only as far as the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
